5 Steps To Stop Wasting Time on the Internet
My time-wasting weakness is Twitter. I don’t even post on Twitter all that much, I just scroll endlessly through the mess. It’s mostly strangers, people who have no relation to me and who I probably shouldn’t care about. But I do.
Sometimes it feels like Twitter has curated their recommended tweets to appeal to me specifically. There’s always something in the “More Tweets” section that gets me looped back in.
Now, everyone needs down time in their life to recharge. It’s okay if I want to spend time scrolling through social media.
Except, I don’t want to do it. I always feel like crap when I finally break away from Twitter. The scrolling doesn’t relax me; it stresses me out more. Much of Twitter is a grim, angry place, and I often leave it feeling grim and angry myself.
